The “Balsam” Cabin

Welcome to the recently updated Balsam Cabin on beautiful Lost Land Lake! This two-bedroom cabin is just steps away from the water and beach. Balsam has a full service kitchen with modern amenities (including a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig), along with a spacious dining area. This cabin also features a full bath with an oversized stand-up shower.

The cabin sleeps up to 5 people. This includes a queen bed in the 1st bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included at no additional charge plus there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, and an AC unit to keep you cool.  Our large enclosed porch offers additional relaxation space with amazing water views.

Balsam cabin is close to the boat landing with fishing docks right outside the door (electric hookups nearby). A nice, sandy beach with a playset for the kids is just steps away.  It is located on snowmobile trails #3/5 and #22.

Rates:

Memorial Day - Labor Day: $1425/week (7 night minimum)

Sept. & Oct.: $1320/week or $200/night with a 3 night minimum

Jan & Feb: $1425/week or $215/night with a 3 night minimum

Nov., Dec., March., April, May: $1160/week or $175/night with a 3 night minimum

Christmas - New Year: $1475/week or $230/night with a 3 night minimum

Birkie Weekend: $265/night

** If staying less than 3 nights, a $53 cleaning fee will be added to the reservation.
